Service Description
Sauna Social is a 90-minute sauna session designed for those who want to experience the warmth, calm, and atmosphere of Bugü without participating in the cold plunges. Guests have access to our sauna and lounge spaces, creating the perfect environment to relax, reset, and connect with others in the Bugü community. This session is ideal for guests who prefer heat therapy, are new to contrast therapy, or simply want to enjoy a slower pace in the Bugü environment. Duration: 90 minutes

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable, and a $15 no-show fee will apply. We do not offer refunds. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, a credit will be placed on your account for future use.
