Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@bugu.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions to send the item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please reach out to the carrier directly.

Pick-Up Option
Free in-store pickup is available during our store hours. Please wait for a notification before arriving, and bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
